The FN P90 is a Belgian-made personal defense weapon that appears twice in Madness Combat 6: Antipathy. It was first used by a l33t agent on the train and was used by another one from whom Hank grabbed after killing him and used it along with his battle axe to clear the final room. He then used it to repeatedly shoot Tricky, causing the clown to be revived as a demon. As the episode ends with a "To be continued," the P90 is fired.

The P90 appears in MADNESS: Project Nexus as the Bullpup Model Mk. 90, with its signature 50 round magazine and high accuracy. It is found often in the hands of NEXUS Scouts and NEXUS Agents in story mode, and unlocked before Fickle Friends in arena mode, available from the Quartermaster.
